Application Fee
HKD 50 per student (non-refundable)
Please note that we cannot process any applications without receipt of the application fee.
Deposit
HKD2,500. The deposit is paid on the acceptance of a placement.
School Fee 2010-2011
Half day class: monthly fee will be HKD4,500 for September to June; while August will be a half fee of HKD2250. Full day class: monthly fee will be HKD5,600 for September to June; while August will be a half fee of HKD2,800.
Semester Fee
Two semi-annual Semester Fees will be collected before the start of each semester. (1st Semester: August– January, 2nd Semester : February – June). The fee covers books, art materials and daily snack but exclude costs of trips which will be charged separately.
K1 half day class: HKD2,000 x 2
K2 half day class: HKD2,100 x 2
K3 half day class: HKD2,500 x 2
School Bus Fee
Discovery Bay student: August $275 and September to June $550 per month
Tung Chung student: August $350 and September to June $700 per month
| Condition of Payment |

School fee is approved by Education Bureau on a per annum basis. A copy of the fee approval is hung in the School's reception area. The approved sum is to be collected over 11 equal monthly installments. (August– June). All fees are based on a full academic year taking non-school days (holidays) into account.
* If a child attends school for only 1 day of the month, one month's school fee is still applicable.
* If a child takes holiday or personal leave of a month or longer, full fee is still applicable. |

School tuition fee and bus fee will be deducted by Autopay only (we do not accept cash/cheque payment). The August school fee and bus fee will be collected on July 27 by Autopay, subsequent months' school fee and bus fee will be deducted by autopay on the 27th of each month. If the 27th falls on a holiday or weekend, such deduction will be done on the preceding working day. |

If the school is closed for reasons beyond its control such as the outbreak of SARS, war, civil unrest, inclement weather or other similar force majeure, the school reserves the right not to offer any makeup classes or refund of fees. |

The school will consider a child to be withdrawn from school if no prior written notification is given to school when school fee is late for 2 weeks or more. We urge all parents to be punctual on all payments or a surcharge of HKD 150 will be levied (please refer to the “Fee Structure” notice). |

The school requires a written notice one month in advance (at the beginning of each month) for the refund of the deposit. |
6. |
Two semi-annual Semester Fees will be collected before the start of each semester. |

Parents are reminded that full fee is payable from August to June. Please plan your holidays around the school calendar. |
