- Application forms can be obtained through the following channels:
- In person at our school administration office
- By mail with an application letter
- Download from our school website
- Please include the following with your completed
application form:
- 2 passport size photos
- Birth certificate copy
- Immunization record copy
- Parentsˇ¦ identity cards copies / passports copies
- HKD50 one-time application fee (Please make cheque payable to ˇ§Discovery Mind Kindergartenˇ¨. Cash is not accepted and the fee is non-refundable)
- An interview will be arranged according to your intended entry date.
- Subject to availability, after a child has been accepted, parents will be notified by letter.
- In cases where there are more applicants than vacancies available, the school reserves the right to select students based on reference number sequence, age and other considerations.
- Applications are accepted throughout the year.
