School fees are approved by Education Bureau on a per annum basis. The approved sum is to be collected over 11 installments (August -June), with half fee for August.

If a child attends school for only 1 day of the month, one month's school fee is still applicable. |

If a child takes holiday or personal leave, please inform school in writing and full fee is still applicable. Please plan your hoildays around the school calendar. |

If the school is closed for reasons beyond its control such as the outbreak of SARS, war, civil unrest, inclement weather or other similar force majeure, the school fee reserves the right not to offer any makeup classes or refund fees. |
| 3. |
School tuition fee will be deducted on the 27th of the each month for the following month's school fee. If the 27th falls on Saturday or public holiday, school fee will be deducted 1 working day prior to the normal day. |
| 4. |
The school will consider the child to be withdrawn from school if no prior written notification is given to school when the school fee is late for 2 weeks or more. We argue all parents to be punctual on all payments or a surcharge of HKD150 will be levied (please refer to the "Fee Structure" notice). |

The school requires a written notice one month in advance (at the begining of each month). |

Summer Holiday
The school summer break is from 3 July - 17 August. If you have any enquiries, our admin staff will be in school from 12 July -14 July from 9:30am-12:00nn. Please contact school on 2987 8028. Have a lovely summer break and we look forward to seeing you at the start of the new school year. |
