Is your school registered?
Yes, we are registered with the Social Welfare Department and Education Department of Hong Kong.

When can my child start at Discovery Mind?
Your child has to be 15 months old before he can start at our school.

When can we apply?
We accept applications from birth.

Do you accept applicants during the school year?
Yes, we do.  We accept students on the first of each month if there are vacancies available.

How many semesters are there in a school year?
There are 2 semesters in our school year.  The 1st semester runs from September - January and the 2nd semester runs from February - July.

How do we pay the tuition fees?
Our school accepts autopay only.  School fees are approved by relevant Governmental Department every year and are collected in 10 monthly installments by autopay via our designated bank.  School fees will be debited automatically on the 29th of each month for the following months school fee.  Even if a student attends only 1 day out of a month, full fee is applicable at all times.

What is the purpose of the pre-enrolment assessment?
The pre-enrolment assessment is a chance for our teacher to have a better understanding of individual child through an interactive play environment. At the same time, it provides an opportunity for parents to meet with our teachers so that we have a better understanding of Discovery Mind .

Do you have a PTA? How can I join?
Yes, we do.  After your child's application has been accepted, you will automatically become a member of our PTA.  Look out for meeting announcements on the Notice board.
