Deposit
HKD2,500. The deposit is paid on the acceptance of a placement.
Fee for Kindergarten
Monthly fee will be HKD4,700 for September to June, while August will be a half fee of HKD2,350.
Semester Fee
K1-$4,000, K2-$4,300, K3-$5,000
The school collects a semester fee once a year. The fee covers books, art materials and daily snack but excludes the cost of trips which will be charged separately.
School Bus Fee
For the academic school year 2011-2012 and onwards all school bus arrangements will be conducted by Sam Yan Bus Limited directly. Any questions you have regarding the school bus service please contact Sam Yan Bus Limited (9676-4545 Ms. Law).
| Condition of Payment |

School fee is approved by Education Bureau on a per annum basis. A copy of the fee approval is hung in the School's reception area. The approved sum is to be collected over 11 equal monthly installments. (August – June), with half fee for August. All fees are based on a full academic year taking non-school days (holidays) into account.
* If a child attends school for only 1 day of the month, one month's school fee is still applicable.
* If a child takes holiday or personal leave of a month or longer, full fee is still applicable.

School tuition fee will be deducted by autopay on the 25th of the each month for the following month's school fee. If the 25th falls on a holiday or weekend, such deduction will be done on the preceding working day. |

If the school is closed for reasons beyond its control such as the outbreak of SARS, war, civil unrest, inclement weather or other similar force majeure, the school reserves the right not to offer any makeup classes or refund of fees. |

The school will consider a child to be withdrawn from school if no prior written notification is given to school when school fee is late for 2 weeks or more. We urge all parents to be punctual on all payments or a surcharge of HKD 150 will be levied (please refer to the "Fee Structure" notice). |

The school requires a written notice one month in advance (at the beginning of each month) for the refund of the deposit. |

For Kindergarten the school collects a semester fee once a year. |

Parents are reminded that full fee is payable from August to June. Please plan your holidays around the school calendar. |
Refund Policy
Once the academic year has started, should you decide to withdraw your child, the school must receive a written notice one month in advance (at the beginning of each month) for the refund of the deposit. Otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. |
